Been living in peculiar since 1999 and have never really been rolling in dough so many times have to pay my water bill on the disconnect date. Never had a problem until today. Was out of town for weekend so just now went in to pay face to face like normal. But lady says I owe more money which usually only happens after you have been shut off. My water was still on but they still charged me the reconnect fee based on the driver already being on his cut off route. Never had this happen before unless i paid after noon and my water was actually off. The lady was rude like she never had to pay something late in her life and for the record, the car in front of me had the same issue. Bad enough you charged us extra for nothing but being rude and judgmental is not acceptable. I would understand about the money if the driver had to make a second trip but all she had to do was radio him to skip our address since we paid before he got to our home. Not impressed with today's treatment but know I can't just go to another provider. Hope you use the extra money for something for our community and that you never have to pay something late. Sincerely, feeling robbed. :(
Great location, Great accommodation, The downside is I was lied to in respect to hydration. I was told there'd be Kool-Aid and was sadly mistaken. This is just my opinion, pls don't be hatin. (⌐■_■)
