This was a very good company to work with. They try very hard to make everything work smoothly. Our only critic would be that they need to offer a list of contractors in your area that would put up the building. We, could not find anyone local that really knew what they were doing. A list of contractors would have been very helpful. Other than that they are great people who go the extra mile to make everything work out. Especially, since we live in Alaska and were purchasing the building for our ranch in Oregon.
This company is top notch. From the start to finish each person has such an important role. They care about the customers so much and will go above and beyond to prove it. I highly recommend them.
This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any service privider ever. This company is not set up to provide what is advertised. They dont put the buildings up or provide good references to do so. It took more than 6 months for me to get the building up and i still dont have doors in place. Save yourself some time and money and go find a local vender before contacting world wide steel.

The sales contact, John Turner, was fantastic. I have not experienced anyone who is more helpful, and knowledgeable about my needs. He kept notes about our conversations and maintained a personal touch. The supporting staff fell flat on their faces and picked up the ball just high enough to drop it. I am however very happy with my building with its looks and quality. Yes I would order another if I needed one.
