And yet, each time will get the order wrong, not care, and simply instead of replacing the messed up item, they spoon off the whipped cream and bring the item back.
Ignorant workers with an absolute disregard for customers.
But not respecting me, my order, or my business costs you my family's business.
I don't know what's happened to this place. Today was the fourth time in a row I waited for 20+ minutes to get food, and third time our order was messed up. While I was there, crew members were coming in and out of the store to stand by a car and talk. I would get the wait and even the mistakes if they were swamped, but there were maybe four cars in the parking lot when I pulled up.
Hamburger had little taste, mixed up order on sandwich, drink had weird taste unlike any from other sonic's
Listen and be kind, it really doesn't cost you anything to do this.

Always have had a good experience , and when I haven’t they always have corrected it immediately.
Sonic is my favorite fast food restaurant hands down. They have the tastiest burgers & tater tots!! There is no better ice cream anywhere around..banana shakes are amazing.
A 7 dollar shake should not come in thus fashion, with your disrespect, simply because there aren't that many places to eat in Peculiar.
